CA Foundation Registration Process
CA Foundation registration is a problem for many students, so in this section, you’ll learn how to fill out the form correctly the first time.
Step 1- For new students who wish to register for CA for the first time, please click here. The following screen will open. Please enter all the details as shown: salutation, name, gender, DOB, email address, mobile number, country. Now click Generate OTP. The OTP will be sent to your email address.
Step 2- When you have completed the captcha, click on the “Generate OTP” button to receive your OTP.
Step 3- Complete the Login process by entering the OTP received.
Step 4- After OTP Validations, the applicant will receive login credentials on Email/SMS for login and completion of the Course Registration Process. You can log in by clicking here. The following screen will open.
Step 6- After logging in, candidates will see 2 options. Select ‘Student Cycle’ on the left side.
Step 7- Click ‘Apply for Foundation’ on the new screen.
In the next window, some of the details will be already filled in as you have entered them initially. The other details to be provided in the CA Foundation BOS Registration 2021 are:
- Marital Status
- Father’s Name
- Mother’s Name
- Aadhar Number (optional)
- Pan Number (optional)
- Your correspondence and permanent address
- Pin code
- and other more details
Step 8- Please click ‘Save and Next’ once you have filled out all the details.
Step 9- Next window will require details about your 10th and 12th qualification like Roll no, Board name, Year and month, Result details (Marks, Percentage/CGPA). You also have to upload the scanned copies of the original documents- 10th and 12th Marksheets. (12th Admit card in case of provisional registration.)
Step 10- Select the medium of study- English or Hindi. Click Save and Next to proceed further.
Step11– Now upload your photograph and a specimen of scanned signature (should be on a blank white paper with blue ink.) The maximum aspect ratio of the image is width: 21 centimetres and length:27 centimetres. The file size of every scanned document should be less than 1 MB and, in a pdf, or jpeg file format. Satisfy the given condition to avoid rejection of the application. Click on Generate OTP and enter the OTP you received.
Step 12- The last step involves the payment of the CA Foundation registration fees. You will be redirected to the payment gateway. You can make the payment through Net Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card. On successful payment of the fee, the system will automatically generate the form along with a successful transaction message.
Step 13- Take a print of the automatically generated and filled CA Foundation form. Attach the required documents. Finally, you will have to post them to the postal address of ICAI.
